(Compression and Representation of Audiovisual Signals)
The 24th edition of the CORESA conference will be organized by the teams of the LS2N laboratory in Nantes. The conference will take place from May 27 to 29, 2026, on the Polytech Nantes campus.
These days will offer young researchers and specialists in the multimedia field the opportunity to share and discuss relevant and stimulating questions concerning THE FUTURE OF MULTIMEDIA.
Keynote conference by @Marie Tahon and Ghassan AlRegib.
Contributions are expected in the following five areas:
1. Analysis, compression, and representation of images, sound, video, and 3D data
2. Developments related to multimedia services and uses
3. Communication and interface systems, virtual environments
4. Energy efficiency in the multimedia field
5. Artificial intelligence for multimedia signal compression and representation
Abdul REHMAN Phd, research engineer at French Touch Factory, will be presenting his work about DEPTH ENCODING, in the context of project Ithaca (Immersion & Training with Holograms).
